Kimberly Wreh

I am a lover of nature. 🌳

Appreciator of intention filled hearts. Sensitivity I hold as my power.

I believe expression of our stories invoke healing. Inspiration for this platform began when I noticed a need for positivity and purpose in our current society.

My mission 🌹 is to bridge the path in healing for others who are sensitive. Bridge the path of two worlds to create a modern holistic form of care that creates time and space for one's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Since the early days...

I was born in the vibrant city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shot into the spectrum of the mid 90's, I have come to realize my roots always comeback to the culture of that time and even the spirit of the city.

Born the youngest of five - I seemed to always play the observer. As I grew always watching, never much to say. I saw my mother and father work endlessly to provide a home and love each day.

My childhood was filled with softball games, basketball tournaments, track meets, family holidays with family cooking in the kitchen, surrounded by my older siblings, whom I admire even to this day. Friends and family were a rooted theme as I matured into high school and college.

I always felt I had words unspoken, I had no problem fitting in, even so there was this everlasting feeling of a lost token. Maybe this lost token was my identity.

My undergraduate season was consumed with the typical college life with an underlying theme of discipline, constant balance in my time as a student and collegiate athlete in track and field. Stories circled around the track. Run, Run, Run. Not until late, did I realize I was always searching for a new story, new experience, new achievement, a new race. I look back now and will always thank the sport of track & field for providing lessons of mental, physical, and emotional endurance.

Still at this time in my life I continued to ask myself. Who am I? What is my purpose? What is my why?

Is there more deeper than the surface? What do I provide?

In my late teens, I underwent two ACL surgeries on my respective left and right knee. This season in my life taught me that challenges and setbacks from an injury, a passing, trauma, or illness show up as a teacher and a lesson in foretelling a great chapter yet to come. This was my first encounter with therapists as well as a foreshadowing to my future in providing a space, empathy, and healing to others. The dream to become an occupational therapist lied in the foreseen future...the story continues...

I embarked on my journey in Duluth, Minnesota where Lake Superior washed away the shores with ease, snow fell among the trees evergreen, moonlight stars appeared brighter, clearer than ever before. I found myself in this place. I found my true identity it allowed me to face.

My truth, my soul, it was like I could hear and communicate among the forests there were no more fears to hold.

I completed my Masters in Occupational therapy at College of Saint Scholastica up in Duluth. Every person, every story, every lesson I came across during that chapter in my life I will forever hold dear in my heart.

As there are seasons of highs and lows, I find a clarifying lesson is always uncovered along each chapter of your life journey.

Today, the  world of occupational therapy has led me into a pathway of hands on Reiki energy healing to assist individuals in their own journey. Leading me to my reinstated mission...

My mission 🌹 is to bridge the path in healing for others who are sensitive. Bridge the path of two worlds to create a modern holistic form of care that creates time and space for one's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.

I strive to awaken awareness of one's heart with the intention of touch and breathe.
